This program adapted from Bill's new book by the same name, provides team leaders and team members a step-by-step guide for effectively developing and maintaining high performance teams as they tackle important organizational improvement projects.

This three-day program (that can be expanded to eight) highlights key tips and strategies that work teams can use to maximize effectiveness.
